Water Treatment Plants

The natural water contains solid, liquid & gaseous impurities and therefore, this water cannot be used for domestic, process or boiler water requirements unless same is treated. The impurities present in the water are due to undisclosed & suspended solid materials, dissolved salts & minerals, dissolved gases and other materials (as oils acids) either in mixed or unmixed forms. These impurities should be removed by various water treatment processes like chemical treatment, settling or clarification, filtration and chlorination.

Ion Exchange Based Treatment Plants

Water is one of the abundantly available and precious substance in nature. If untreated water is used in your product or process applications, naturally occurring dissolved impurities generally present in all raw water supplies will be introduced into the process. The typical impurities are Calcium, Magnesium, Sodium, Alkalinity, Chlorides, Sulphates, Silica, Suspended solids and microbiological contaminants. These contaminations cause scaling in boilers/ cooling water systems and creates lots of problem in all types of industries using water for process requirements.
The water treatment can only reduce the insoluble impurities and control microbiological contaminants whereas the Ion-exchangers reduce all soluble impurities by different methods like softening & demineralization.

Swimming Pool Water Treatment Plants:

Nowadays, the standard that rule the public or private pools are more & more accurate and need technical supports for designing to make pools attractive and crystal clear. Our ambition is to provide our customers with good products and to bring them a permanent service

The natural sources of clean water are increasingly scarce or non-existent. The conversion of unusable brackish/sea water into usable water is one of the large issues facing the entire human
race. With rapidly deteriorating water quality due to excess use of ground water in absence of surface water, a technology which is finding wide acceptance is Reverse Osmosis.
When a pressure greater than the osmotic pressure is applied to the concentrated solution,
water flows from the concentrated to the dilute solution side. The flow of water through a
semi-permeable membrane from the more concentrated solution into the dilution solution is called Reverse Osmosis.
